The City of Arvada manages a 3,400 acre system of parks, open spaces, and trails. The parks system includes 90+ neighborhood parks, one within a ten-minute walk of every residence in our community.
Arvada is lucky to be a four-season city. There’s plenty to do no matter what the weather throws our way. The City of Arvada boasts 125 miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails throughout the parks and open space system. There’s nature to be viewed on a brisk walk in winter and fish to be caught on a slow summer day.
There are plenty of activities to choose from, no matter what your fitness level or idea of fun. So pack your bathing suit, fishing pole, tennis racket and binoculars and come play (and stay!) in Arvada!
